Our Services

Moonville Spells provides bespoke, personalised spiritual services performed by Lyra Ashwood. Because each spell is cast individually and work begins promptly after your order is confirmed, our refund policy reflects the nature of this service.

Right to Cancel (UK Consumers)

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase — unless the service has already begun. By placing an order with Moonville Spells, you expressly request that we begin your service immediately, and you acknowledge that your right to cancel is waived once the casting process has commenced.

If you wish to cancel before any work has begun, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order and we will issue a full refund.

No Outcome Guarantee

Spell-casting is a spiritual practice and results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds will not be issued on the basis that a desired outcome was not achieved. By purchasing, you accept this condition.
